We work with numerous hosts and accommodation providers in the Uk helping them in getting good and profitable contractor bookings.

Our sales team will then send the inquiry out via our platform, which will notify hosts based on their properties proximity to the inquiry. You will also recieve a notification via email giving a brief overview, however you will need to log into our platform to view all the details of the inquiry.
Please note - inquiries are currently sent out to hosts based on location only at present and not property size or facilities. Therefore you may receive inquiries which are for larger numbers than you can accommodate.

It is important that any offer submitted by a host is an all inclusive offer, to include Work Stays commission, any VAT and cleaning fees. Not only as a disclosed agent do we have to provide an all inclusive price to our clients, but we want to give our clients an offer with no hidden fees.
When you enter an offer price you will be able to see a breakdown showing the total price offered, the commission to be deducted and the final host payout amount. This will allow you to double check all your calculations prior to submitting your offer.
