It's on Aberdare Road on the edge of Middlesbrough, with Teesside's industrial sites and the A66 within easy reach. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a king-size bed, Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a double bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms. Sleeps up to 9. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a washing machine, tumble dryer and a desk for paperwork. Fresh bed linen and towels, an iron and a hairdryer are provided, and there is a garden. There is free private parking and self check-in with a key safe. No smoking and no parties. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
