A two bedroom penthouse apartment in Billingham, self contained with its own front door, kitchen and bathroom, and let to one booking at a time. One double and two singles sleep up to four, with allocated parking. About ten minutes to Seal Sands and twenty minutes to Teesworks, so it works well for contractors and project teams. All utilities, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the rate. Linen and towels are provided and cleaning is by our own in house team. A washing machine can be fitted on request.
